Size: 2"x6" Material: 80lb matte black cardstock with dye-cut holographic vinyl details All of my bookmarks are personally designed, cut, and assembled at home. From the dye-cuts to the vinyl application to the charm clasping, I personally oversee every step of the process. Even among a single design, each bookmark is unique - actual charms or exact placement of vinyl stickers will be very similar, but may vary from piece to piece. It may not exactly match what is shown in the image, but I can garuantee they were all created with the same amount of love and care. (Plus, no one else will have one exactly like it, which makes it that much more special.)

I can't imagine you'd be dissatisfied with your purchase, but if it arrives and isn't what you hoped, we can definitely work that out. Should that happen, I'll ask you to please provide me a reason (including photographic proof if damage is physical) and I will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge. If you decide you don't want it at all, I will request you send it back to me and I will refund your payment. (Hopefully you're fully satisfied with your purchase and we never have to deal with this, but there you have it - just in case.)
