I can't imagine you'd be dissatisfied with your purchase, but if it arrives and isn't what you hoped, we can definitely work that out. Should that happen, I'll ask you to please provide me a reason (including photographic proof if damage is physical) and I will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge. If you decide you don't want it at all, I will request you send it back to me and I will refund your payment. (Hopefully you're fully satisfied with your purchase and we never have to deal with this, but there you have it - just in case.)
